Soup for Shelter

This walking event stops for concerts at each of the three Uptown Westerville churches - Church of the Master, Church of the Messiah, and First Presbyterian Church - all within about a block of each other. Ticket holders attend a short concert in each of the three churches and are led to the next by costumed guides with lanterns. It's a great way to get into the holiday spirit, see beautifully decorated historic churches, and hear great music provided by the choirs and musicians of our five member churches.

Walls Build 2024

Thank you to WARM for providing us the space to prepare and build the walls for the home of a deserving Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties family!

And many, many thanks to those who volunteered to prep the lumber Friday, August 23rd and build the walls on Saturday, August 24th! It was a wonderful couple of days and we couldn’t have accomplished it without you!

We hope to see you and more of your friends for the Walls Build 2025!

2024 Walls Build: Friday, August 23rd & Saturday August 24th. 150 Heatherdown Dr, Westerville, OH 43081.

This year’s Tapestry of a Town takes place Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 1pm-5pm. Visit 10 historic sites of Westerville and learn about the heritage of your community, all while contributing to a wonderful cause. The funds raised from ticket sales go toward building homes in partnership with deserving families who just need a hand up, not a hand-out. Please also join us at our Walls Build in August (see below), to participate in the excitement of creating a “house-in-a-day.”

The ten Tapestry of a Town sites include: Grace Lutheran Church, Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.), Good Vibes Winery, Blend Candle Company, High Bank Distillery, Longfellow Elementary School, Howard House, Otterbein’s Cowan Hall, a private residence, and the Westerville Library for local history!

Visit us at the 2024 Westerville Farmer’s Market on the following Saturdays to learn more:
